First confirm if your lights are staying ON or OFF on your display screen.
If your lights remain ON
This means your water pressure is okay and the issue could be:
- Dead or damaged batteries causing the Gas Safety Solenoid to shut down.
Refer to How to Test your Batteries. - Safety Temperature cutoff sensor is being met too quickly.
- Check required clearances are being met. (Located on label on Right Hand Side of Unit)
- Refer to How to Set your Temperature.
If your lights go OFF when operating.
Refer to Troubleshooting No Lights On Display Screen.
Note that water can flow through your system with no lights on the display.
This is caused by an inconsistency in the water pressure and you will need to:
- Check your water inlet water gauze for any blockages in the mesh gauze located inside the water inlet (closest to the battery compartment)
- Check your pump for any blockages.
- Check your 12V battery source to ensure your pump is receiving over 12V of power.
- If using a 4.3LPM Pump ensure your water dial is set to Minimum.
- Check that your D'Cell batteries are supplying 3.1v or higher.
